These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases from and participation in programs, courses, memberships, workshops, coaching, educational events, digital products, and other services offered by Loving Me After We (“LMAW,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling, clicking an acceptance box, entering payment information, participating in a Program, or otherwise accessing services or materials provided by LMAW, you (“Client,” “Member,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
Services
LMAW provides educational and coaching services that may include courses, memberships, seminars, workshops, live events, group coaching, individual coaching, prerecorded training, exercises, worksheets, meditations, audio content, and other educational resources (collectively, the “Program”).
The particular services included with a purchase are those expressly identified in the applicable offer, checkout page, enrollment materials, or written purchase confirmation, subject to these Terms.
LMAW may reasonably modify the format, organization, delivery method, platform, instructors, schedule, supporting materials, or comparable components of a Program when operational, technological, educational, privacy, safety, ethical, or other circumstances reasonably require such changes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, purchasing a Program does not guarantee that every individual asset, recording, workshop, bonus, resource, platform feature, or historical version of the Program will remain available indefinitely.
Important Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
Course Materials
“Course Materials” means instructional materials designated by LMAW as part of the continuing curriculum of a Program. Course Materials may include prerecorded instructional lessons, worksheets, workbooks, exercises, meditations, audio resources, slides, or other designated educational materials.
Live Sessions
“Live Sessions” include live workshops, implementation sessions, coaching calls, Q&A sessions, community discussions, participant processing sessions, office hours, cohort meetings, and similar real-time experiences.
Participation in a Live Session and access to Course Materials are separate benefits.
Unless an applicable offer expressly states otherwise, a Live Session is considered delivered when LMAW conducts the scheduled session and makes participation available to eligible participants.
Live Recordings and Replays
A recording or replay of a Live Session is not automatically a Course Material merely because the session was recorded.
Unless LMAW expressly promises continuing access to a particular recording in writing, access to a Live Session does not include a guarantee of permanent, lifetime, or indefinite access to a recording or replay of that session.
Participant-Processing Content
“Participant-Processing Content” means any Live Session or portion of a Live Session containing personal disclosures, participant coaching, trauma processing, relationship histories, family histories, mental-health-related discussions, abuse histories, intimate personal experiences, or other sensitive participant information.
Participant-Processing Content is treated differently from instructional curriculum and may be withheld from replay, edited, restricted, archived, or permanently retired as described below.
Live Sessions, Replays & Participant Privacy
LMAW may record certain Live Sessions for educational, administrative, accessibility, or replay purposes.
The existence of a recording does not create an entitlement to receive or retain that recording.
LMAW may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a Live Session will be:
- made available as a replay;
- available only temporarily;
- available only to the original cohort or eligible participants;
- edited before being made available;
- provided in another format;
- withheld from the content library;
- removed after previously being available; or
- permanently retired.
This discretion is especially important when a recording contains Participant-Processing Content.
LMAW may decline to distribute or may discontinue distribution of any recording when LMAW determines that continued distribution could compromise participant privacy, confidentiality, safety, dignity, ethical standards, the integrity of the original group environment, or the Company’s current educational standards.
This determination may be made even if:
- the requesting Member originally attended the Live Session;
- the recording was previously available;
- another participant previously had access;
- other historical Live Sessions remain available;
- the recording technically still exists in Company archives or backups; or
- the Company could theoretically edit the recording.
LMAW is not required to create an edited, redacted, audio-only, privately hosted, excerpted, anonymized, or derivative version of a retired recording.
A Participant’s prior access to, attendance at, or awareness of a recording does not create an ongoing right to receive, retain, recover, or restore that recording after LMAW has retired or restricted it.
The retirement, removal, withholding, or expiration of a Live Session recording does not mean that the underlying Live Session was not provided when the Participant had the opportunity to attend the session as part of the applicable Program.
No Guarantee of Historical Library Parity
LMAW has operated across multiple websites, learning-management systems, membership platforms, payment systems, and technologies.
Programs and content libraries evolve.
Accordingly, LMAW does not guarantee that its current platform will contain every video, recording, title, organizational structure, bonus, replay, workshop, resource, or other asset that appeared on a previous platform or at an earlier point in the Company’s history.
Content may be:
- reorganized;
- renamed;
- consolidated;
- updated;
- replaced;
- re-recorded;
- reformatted;
- moved;
- archived;
- retired; or
- discontinued.
A difference between a historical library and the current library does not, by itself, constitute a technical error, denial of access, reduction in membership tier, breach of agreement, or entitlement to a refund.
LMAW welcomes reports of genuine technical problems involving content that is currently intended to be available. However, editorial, curricular, privacy, ethical, and content-governance decisions remain within LMAW’s discretion.
“Lifetime,” Continuing & Ongoing Access
If an individual offer expressly uses the words “lifetime access,” “continuing access,” “ongoing access,” or similar language, that language shall be interpreted only as provided in this Section.
Such language applies only to the specific Course Materials expressly covered by that offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such language does not mean:
- the lifetime of the purchaser;
- permanent ownership of Company intellectual property;
- permanent availability of every historical version of a Program;
- permanent access to Live Session recordings;
- permanent access to Participant-Processing Content;
- permanent access to bonuses or temporary events;
- that LMAW must continue operating a particular website, platform, technology, or delivery system indefinitely; or
- that content may never be updated, replaced, reorganized, or retired.
Where continuing access has expressly been purchased, LMAW will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain access to the applicable Course Materials for so long as LMAW continues to offer, maintain, or support the applicable Program or a substantially equivalent version of it, subject to these Terms, technological availability, and applicable law.
Access is a license to use applicable materials, not ownership of those materials.
Membership Access
Loving Me After We / The Inner Circle is a recurring membership unless otherwise expressly stated at purchase.
Membership access requires an active and current membership.
When a membership expires, lapses, is canceled, or is terminated, membership access ends unless LMAW expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Membership dues are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly required by law or agreed to by LMAW in writing.
Canceling a membership does not entitle a former Member to download, copy, retain, archive, screen-record, or otherwise remove the membership library for continued use after membership ends.
Lapsed Memberships & Re-Enrollment
Historical pricing is not guaranteed.
If a membership expires, lapses, or is canceled and the former Member later wishes to rejoin, re-enrollment will be subject to:
- then-current pricing;
- then-current membership tiers;
- then-current benefits;
- then-current payment options; and
- then-current Terms,
unless LMAW expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Prior membership does not create an entitlement to discontinued pricing, grandfathered offers, discontinued plans, or historical payment arrangements.
Promotional Access, Bonuses & Complimentary Membership Periods
From time to time, LMAW may include complimentary membership periods, bonus access, promotional extensions, or other benefits with the purchase of a Program.
Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise:
- promotional access begins according to the terms of that promotion;
- promotional periods do not automatically stack with one another;
- promotional periods do not automatically extend an existing paid membership;
- unused promotional periods have no cash value;
- promotional access is not transferable;
- promotional access cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit; and
- promotional benefits do not create a permanent entitlement to historical pricing or membership terms.
Any exception previously granted by LMAW is a one-time accommodation and does not modify these Terms or create an obligation to provide the same or similar accommodation in the future.
Past accommodations do not establish precedent or create a continuing contractual entitlement.
Fees & Payment
Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the Program or membership according to the payment terms presented at purchase.
A payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price and does not convert the Program into a month-to-month purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
If an account is locked because of a failed or declined payment, LMAW is not obligated to extend the applicable access period to compensate for time during which the account remained unpaid or inaccessible because of the payment failure.
Cancellations & Refunds
Except where otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, purchases and membership dues are non-refundable.
If a Client voluntarily withdraws from or stops participating in a Program, the Client is not entitled to a refund merely because the Client did not use, attend, complete, or fully consume the Program.
For a scheduled Live Session, LMAW’s obligation to provide the live component is satisfied when the Company conducts the session and makes participation available to eligible participants, unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise.
Missing a Live Session does not automatically create an entitlement to a replay, substitute session, credit, extension, or refund.
If LMAW is unable to provide a material portion of a purchased Program as expressly agreed and cannot reasonably provide a rescheduled, substitute, equivalent, or comparable service, LMAW will determine, consistent with applicable law, whether an appropriate refund, credit, substitute service, or other remedy is warranted for the undelivered portion.
The retirement or removal of an individual historical recording, replay, bonus, or other archival asset does not constitute an undelivered Program component when the underlying service was previously provided as agreed.
No refund is owed merely because:
- a historical recording is retired;
- a Live Session replay expires or is removed;
- a Program is reorganized;
- an older lesson is replaced;
- a platform changes;
- a Member prefers an earlier version of the library;
- content is removed for participant privacy or confidentiality;
- a promotional benefit expires; or
- LMAW declines a request for an exception or accommodation.
Downloads, Screen Recordings & Copying
Unless LMAW expressly identifies particular materials as downloadable, Program content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, captured, screen-recorded, recorded by audio, transcribed for redistribution, scraped, archived, or otherwise duplicated.
Live Sessions may not be recorded or screen-recorded by participants without LMAW’s prior written permission.
Where downloads are expressly permitted, they are for the purchaser’s individual personal use only.
Permission to download one type of material does not imply permission to download other materials.
Participant Confidentiality & Group Privacy
Group programs depend upon trust.
Participants may hear or observe sensitive information about other participants, including personal histories, relationship experiences, family matters, trauma, abuse, health-related information, emotional experiences, or other private matters.
Participants agree not to:
- identify another participant outside the Program without permission;
- disclose another participant’s personal story;
- reproduce another participant’s statements;
- share screenshots, recordings, transcripts, or images containing another participant;
- distribute Live Session recordings;
- use another participant’s story as teaching, training, social-media, business, coaching, educational, or promotional content without that participant’s express permission; or
- otherwise exploit information learned through a group environment.
What another participant shares in a group setting is not Company content, is not included in any license granted to you, and may not be reproduced, repurposed, taught from, quoted, distributed, summarized for third parties, or otherwise used outside the Program without that participant’s express permission.
LMAW may restrict, remove, or terminate access when it reasonably believes participant confidentiality or group privacy has been violated or is at material risk.
These confidentiality obligations survive the end of participation or membership.
Intellectual Property
All LMAW materials, including videos, recordings, curriculum, exercises, frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, slides, audio, written materials, graphics, course structures, and other original materials, remain the intellectual property of LMAW or the applicable rights holder.
Purchase or enrollment provides a single-user, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use applicable materials in accordance with these Terms.
Purchase does not transfer ownership.
Unless LMAW provides prior written authorization, Clients may not:
- reproduce;
- duplicate;
- copy;
- share;
- distribute;
- publish;
- sell;
- sublicense;
- teach from;
- incorporate into another program;
- use for commercial purposes;
- provide to clients, students, groups, or audiences;
- upload to another platform; or
- create derivative commercial materials from LMAW intellectual property.
No right to distribute Company materials is granted or implied merely because a Client paid for access.
No Resale or Third-Party Use
Programs and materials are provided for the individual purchaser’s personal educational use unless an offer expressly provides a professional, teaching, group, or commercial license.
Clients may not use LMAW materials to operate or enhance their own coaching, consulting, therapeutic, educational, membership, training, social-media, or other business or educational offering without LMAW’s prior written authorization.
This restriction applies whether the use is paid or unpaid, commercial or noncommercial, formal or informal, where Company materials are being used to teach, train, guide, coach, counsel, or educate third parties.
Technical Issues
LMAW will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate technical problems affecting content that is intended to be available to an eligible Client or Member.
Before reporting a technical problem, Members should reasonably attempt ordinary troubleshooting such as refreshing the page, signing out and back in, checking the appropriate course or membership area, or using a supported browser or device.
A technical-access request is different from a request to restore content that LMAW has intentionally retired, removed, replaced, or restricted.
LMAW’s confirmation that content has been intentionally retired constitutes a content-governance determination rather than an unresolved technical-support issue.
Customer Support & Response Times
Customer-support communications should be sent to support@lovingmeafterwe.com.
LMAW does not guarantee immediate or same-day responses.
Support inquiries are reviewed during LMAW’s designated business and administrative hours. Response times may vary based on weekends, holidays, vacations, staffing, volume, complexity, and the nature of the request.
Sending multiple follow-up messages does not accelerate a request or create an entitlement to immediate review.
LMAW may consolidate multiple inquiries concerning the same subject into a single response.
Repeated follow-up messages concerning a matter that LMAW has already substantively answered or closed may not receive additional substantive responses.
Individual account, billing, refund, access, and customer-service disputes will be handled privately and will not be addressed during group workshops, Live Sessions, or other community programming.
Course & Community Conduct
Participants agree to interact with LMAW staff, contractors, facilitators, and other participants courteously and respectfully.
Participants must comply with reasonable Program and community rules communicated by LMAW.
LMAW may restrict or terminate participation for material violations of these Terms, misuse of Company intellectual property, violations of participant privacy, harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorized recording or distribution, or other conduct that materially interferes with the Program or community.
LMAW reserves the right to remove a Participant from a Live Session or other group environment when an individual account dispute, billing dispute, repeated personal support matter, or other individual issue materially disrupts the group experience. Such matters may instead be directed to the appropriate private support channel.
Any refund rights following termination will be determined by these Terms and applicable law.
Educational & Coaching Disclaimer
Unless expressly provided pursuant to a separate professional-services agreement, LMAW Programs are educational and/or coaching services.
Participation in an LMAW Program does not create a psychotherapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.
Educational discussions concerning trauma, relationships, attachment, emotional health, or psychological concepts are not a substitute for individualized mental-health or medical treatment.
Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional care when needed.
No Guarantee of Results
LMAW cannot guarantee any particular personal, relational, financial, professional, psychological, or other outcome from participation.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, participation, implementation, and results.
Testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another participant will obtain the same or similar results.
Confidentiality by LMAW
LMAW recognizes the sensitive nature of information participants may disclose.
“Confidential Information” includes non-public information concerning a participant’s personal affairs that is communicated in circumstances where confidentiality would reasonably be expected.
LMAW will use reasonable efforts to safeguard such information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse, subject to applicable law, safety obligations, platform limitations, and disclosures authorized by the participant.
Nothing in these Terms requires LMAW to continue distributing a recording merely because it was created during a Program.
LMAW may restrict or discontinue access to recordings when doing so reasonably protects participant confidentiality or privacy.
Third-Party Platforms
LMAW may use third-party platforms to deliver Programs, process payments, host videos, send communications, manage memberships, conduct Live Sessions, or provide other services.
LMAW may migrate from one provider to another.
A change in technology or platform does not guarantee identical functionality, appearance, organization, URLs, historical archives, or features.
LMAW will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain access to the material a Client is currently entitled to receive but does not guarantee permanent use of any particular third-party platform.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients who believe a billing error has occurred should contact LMAW at support@lovingmeafterwe.com so that the matter can be reviewed.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not alter the substantive refund rights provided by these Terms or applicable law.
LMAW reserves all lawful rights to respond to chargebacks, provide transaction and enrollment records to payment processors or financial institutions, suspend access associated with disputed payments, and pursue amounts lawfully owed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly before initiating formal proceedings, where practicable.
Nothing in this provision eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LMAW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from participation in or use of a Program.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Participants located outside the United States remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
Controlling Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable written offer, checkout terms, enrollment agreement, or other written terms expressly incorporated into the purchase, govern the relationship between LMAW and the Client.
If marketing language, informal communications, social-media content, customer-service communications, or other materials conflict with these Terms, these Terms control to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where a specific written offer expressly modifies a provision of these Terms.
A customer-service accommodation, exception, courtesy, extension, credit, discount, or discretionary benefit does not modify these Terms or establish precedent unless LMAW expressly agrees in writing that it is modifying the applicable agreement.
Changes to These Terms
LMAW may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its Programs, technology, policies, business operations, legal requirements, privacy practices, or educational standards.
Updated Terms apply prospectively and to continued use of ongoing services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in an updated version is intended to retroactively eliminate a contractual right that had already vested under an earlier agreement where applicable law prohibits doing so.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable written purchase terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement between LMAW and the Client concerning the subject matter addressed herein and supersede prior understandings to the extent permitted by law.
Any individualized modification must be expressly agreed to in writing by LMAW.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Survival
Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, participant privacy, restrictions on distribution, payment obligations, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after membership, enrollment, or access ends.
